Theresa's Tater Tot Casserole

1 Pound Ground Chuck
1 Bag Tater Tots
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Medium Onion (If desired)
1 Bag Grated Cheddar Cheese

Brown Ground Chuck in skillet, add salt and pepper, Onion (if desired).Drain off fat. Pour Soups into large mixing bowl. Add meat, mix well. Linecasserole dish with Tater Tots (even layer), pour meat and soup mixture overtater tots. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar Cheese if desired. Bake in ovenat350 degrees until casserole is brown and bubbly. Around 40 mins.
