Mary Ann's Hamburger Cabbage Casserole
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef, 1 vidalia onion, 4 cups shredded cabbage, 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup rice.
Brown ground beef & onions, put in baking casserole dish, add 4 cups shredded cabbage, 1 can tomato soup, the water and the rice, cooked, bake in the oven at 350 for approximately 45 minutes, or until bubbling. This is an easy, healthy, and very tasty meal.
